Dedrone showed spectacularly at the finals of the Global Innovation Awards 2016 (GIA), a competition featuring 21 startups from around the world competing for $1.5 million in cash prizes from Shengjing Group, as well as national exposure to investors and the largest growth companies in China.

Dedrone is proud to announce that our drone detection technology was today awarded 4th place and $200,000 by the distinguished international jury at GIA. Dedrone was chosen from 100 start-ups nominated by international Venture Capital firms to present its business model in Beijing.

GIA is an annual event created to celebrate global entrepreneurship and support startups in China, the United States, Israel, Europe and Latin America. While connecting more than 100 top global innovation incubators and VCs, GIA aims to discover, cultivate and invest in the world’s most promising startups, taking full advantage of China’s capital markets to build an ecosystem under the principle of “Global Innovation, Global Capital.”
